Well as you may have seen on the show me and Van were roommates and talked quite a bit. I do remember saying something about “under all the muscles is a great chef”, and I meant it! Van has had his share of ups and downs but the man has some energy!
Me and my family invited Van to come up North to show him that although Southern hospitality is great, we Northerners are a welcoming bunch!! We had a viewing party with a spread of treats from a Japanese master sushi chef rolling sushi to good old New England seafood. As you can see we had a very talented ice carver on hand as well. I hope Van had a great time as I know we all enjoyed Vans visit!!

Northern hospitality is it when you have a great chef living here. Farmington CC does not know what they have. They are lucky to have you. My work friends want you to come in with some Risotto and to meet you. Can we make that happen?
