Spaetzle

Ingredients:

5ea Whole eggs
1c Milk
1/2c Water
5 1/2c A.P. flour
Pinch Nutmeg
Pinch Salt

Procedure:

Mix all really well, have a pot of salted water boiling, using a Spaetzle maker over water and quickly blanch off Spaetzle(takes only a couple of minutes to cook dumplings) have an ice bath ready to blanch off dumplings, quickly take out of water and dry.
