Bean, Beer & Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

2cans Refried beans
12oz Your favorite beer
1lb Applewood smoked bacon
12oz Pico de Gallo or favorite salsa
Up to you Pepper jack cheese
Up to you Chives
As needed Tortilla chips

Procedure:

Render bacon crispy in sauté pan

Add favorite beer once bacon is crisp

Add beans and pico/salsa

Mix in cheese and add to metal dip pan

Top with cheese and finish in oven at 350 degrees for 7 min

Garnish with chives
